Return Policy: Please report damaged or defective goods within 14 days of the shipment and obtain an authorization from us. Please e-mail the return request to: admin@feelingpampered.com. All items should be return in new or unused condition with its original packaging. Please return the merchandise along with the packing slip and wrap the package securely. Include the reason for return and any comments you may have on the slip. We will issue a full refund or exchange for the price of any item you return that meets the above conditions upon receipt of your return package. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Orders shipped under free ship will not received full refund as shipping charges will be deducted before we issue refund.
