Return Policy: Please report damaged or defective goods within 14 days of the shipment and obtain an authorization from us. Please e-mail the return request to: admin@feelingpampered.com. Or you can return an item for whatever reason as long as the items are returned in new or unused condition in its original packaging. (Silk sheet sets that has been opened and refolded, we will charge a restocking fee of 15%) Please return the merchandise along with the packing slip and wrap the package securely. Include the reason for return and any comments you may have on the slip. We will issue a full refund or exchange for the price of any item you return that meets the above conditions upon receipt of your return package. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Orders shipped under free ship will not received full refund as shipping charges will be deducted before we issue refund. Please allow 14 days for us to process a return refund. Absolutely no returns on used or washed bedding items. Because of the delicate nature of silk, and many different elements that might happen in each individual household that makes silk fibers break down faster than usual, we do not provide warranties. But with the right care and maintenance our silk beddings should last at least 2-3 years.
